Store Credit
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or shop credit.

We do not issue store credit for honey that has crystallized or separated. Honey is a natural sugar based product; overtime, most varieties will begin to crystallize. This is not a defect. Honey has a virtually unlimited shelf life and never expires. Product should be stored in a temperature controlled area to discourage the formation of crystals. To dissolve crystals, put jars in warm water. Different types of honey are seasonal and may not be available from month to month or year to year.

To complete your exchange or request for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged product shortly after shipment delivery sent to support@apismercantile.com

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial credit will be granted (if applicable):
Any item that is exchanged more than 30 days after delivery.

Store Credit (if applicable):
Once your email with the attached pictures detailing the damaged delivery has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of store credit.
If you are approved, then a team member will work with you to remedy the problem.

Late or missing items (if applicable)
Please contact the Apis Mercantile team directly if it has been more than 10 business days from the time of purchase and your items have not arrived by mail.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be issued store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be granted store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@apismercantile.com. Do not mail the item in question to the manufacturer.


Shipping Policy

Apis Mercantile will ship all orders placed via our shopify store within 3 business days of purchase. Please allow a full 10 business days to allow for transit of the shipped items. If the product has been damaged by the carrier, take pictures of the damaged box and contents and email these pictures to support@apismercantile.com and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery and must be produced upon a delivery carrier's request.

Apis Mercantile does not accept direct returns of products. If the item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Honey is a natural product and can crystallize over time. Honey is not considered defective or damaged if it crystallizes or if the honey separates inside the jar. If separation does occur, simply enjoy separated or stir.
